Liebe Eltern,
Herzlich Willkommen im Verein Musica Altona e.V.
Wir freuen uns, dass Ihre Tochter oder Ihr Sohn sich für das Musizieren in einem unserer Kurse entschieden hat!
Hier sind einige wichtige Informationen über den Verein und wie wir arbeiten:
Musica Altona e. V. wurde 2002 von engagierten Institutionen und Musiker*innen zusammen mit der BürgerStiftung Hamburg, in Altona-Altstadt gegründet.
Die Bürgerstiftung Hamburg unterstützt Musica Altona bis heute.
Um Kosten für Unterricht und Instrumente zu finanzieren, ist Musica Altona immer auch auf Spenden angewiesen.
Unser bewährtes Konzept des Gruppenunterrichts beginnt schon in den Kitas sowie dem Kurs 'Die Frühstarter!' und wird dann für Kinder ab dem ersten Schuljahr in den verschiedenen Instrumentalgruppen fortgesetzt.
Die Durchführung des Unterrichts liegt in den professionellen Händen erfahrener und sehr engagierter Dozent*innen.
Außer den Dozent*innen arbeiten die Mitglieder des Vereins sowie der Vorstand ehrenamtlich.
In diesem meist gut funktionierenden Rahmen kann es trotzdem einmal vorkommen, dass etwas nicht so klappt, wie wir uns das vorstellen bzw. Sie es von uns erwarten. Jeder der Ehrenamtlichen ist parallel zur Vereinsarbeit beruflich eingebunden. Darum bitten wir um Ihr Verständnis, falls eine Anfrage nicht sofort beantwortet wird oder wir nicht immer telefonisch erreichbar sind.
Gleichzeitig brauchen wir auch Ihre verlässliche Unterstützung, z.B. bei unseren jährlichen Kurspräsentationen 'Klänge aus der Werkstatt', die Pflege der Instrumente, pünktliche An- und Abmeldungen für die Kurse, Beitragsabbuchungen, Information wenn Ihre Kinder nicht zum Unterricht kommen können usw.
Unser Wunsch ist eine gute und verlässliche Zusammenarbeit aller Beteiligten – Eltern, Vorstand und Dozent*innen - zum Wohle der Kinder und Jugendlichen bei Musica Altona. Dear parents,
Welcome to the Musica Altona e.V. association.
We are delighted that your daughter or son has decided to take part in one of our music courses!
Here is some important information about the association and how we work:
Musica Altona e. V. was founded in 2002 by committed institutions and musicians together with the BürgerStiftung Hamburg in Altona-Altstadt.
The BürgerStiftung Hamburg continues to support Musica Altona to this day.
Musica Altona always relies on donations to finance the costs of lessons and instruments. Our proven concept of group lessons begins in daycare centres and the “Die Frühstarter!” course and is then continued for children from the first year of school in various instrumental groups.
The lessons are conducted by experienced and highly committed professional teachers. Apart from the teachers, the members of the association and the board work on a voluntary basis.
Within this framework, which usually works well, it can nevertheless happen that something does not work out as we imagine or as you expect from us. All of our volunteers have full-time jobs in addition to their work for the association. We therefore ask for your understanding if a query is not answered immediately or if we are not always available by telephone.
At the same time, we also need your reliable support, e.g. with our annual course presentations “Klänge aus der Werkstatt”, the maintenance of instruments, punctual registration and deregistration for courses, membership fee payments, information if your children are unable to attend lessons, etc.
Our wish is for good and reliable cooperation between all those involved – parents, the board and teachers – for the benefit of the children and young people at Musica Altona.
